Shift will be a participant-led event, using an Open Space format. There are no expert speakers, just your expertise. Instead of sitting in rows listening, you can share your ideas and learn from each other, engage, explore, plot. We will start with an empty agenda, and it’s up to you to fill it. Your mission is to have the experience you want to have. Come with stories, questions and ideas. Come as equals. Come unprepared. Be prepared to be surprised.
